SubReminder is provided by AAN Labs. By downloading, installing, or using SubReminder, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Using SubReminder

SubReminder helps you track subscriptions, renewal dates, trial periods, reminders, spending summaries, and related app settings.

2. Free and Premium Access

SubReminder may be offered with a free tier and optional Premium access.

In the current configuration, the free tier supports tracking up to 3 subscriptions.

Premium unlocks unlimited subscriptions, spending analytics dashboards, and future features across Android and web.

3. Purchases, Trials, and Offers

Premium access may be offered through Google Play Store purchases, prepaid plans, promo codes, Razorpay checkout, or other special offers shown in the app.

If a free trial, introductory price, renewal term, promo code, or other special offer is shown at checkout, the terms displayed there apply to that offer.

4. Google Sign-In and Account Features

Google Sign-In is optional, but it is required for cloud sync, secure purchase verification, purchase restoration, promo redemption, or account-linked Premium access.

You are responsible for activity under your Google account and on your device.

5. Billing, Renewals, and Refunds

All Google Play purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. All Web purchases are processed through Razorpay.

If you buy an auto-renewing subscription, it renews automatically unless you cancel it before the next renewal date through your Google Play subscription portal or user account dashboard.

Pricing, taxes, billing periods, renewal timing, eligibility, and refund handling are governed by the respective purchase flows.

We may change prices or offers for future purchases at any time.

6. Your Data

You retain rights to the subscription and reminder data that you enter into SubReminder.

Local data stays on your device unless you choose to use Cloud Sync.

If you enable Cloud Sync, supported data may be stored in Firebase so you can back up and restore across devices.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• misuse the app or related services
• attempt to bypass feature limits, purchase checks, or entitlement controls
• reverse engineer or interfere with the app except where law permits
• use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity

8. Reminders and Service Limits

Reminder timing depends on the data you enter, device settings, notification permissions, alarm permissions, battery optimization behavior, and platform limitations.

SubReminder is a tracking and reminder tool only. You remain responsible for checking actual billing dates, canceling real subscriptions, and avoiding charges from third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, its branding, code, design, and related content are owned by AAN Labs or its licensors.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Termination

You may stop using SubReminder at any time.

We may suspend or limit access to cloud or Premium-related features where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, policy violations, technical issues, security concerns, or legal requirements.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be made available in the app or at the current public URL where these Terms are published.
