SubReminder is owned and operated by Ajinkya Narke (trading as AAN Labs).

1. Delivery of Digital Services

SubReminder Pro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) utility application. There are no physical products, goods, or merchandise shipped or physically delivered under any circumstances.

2. Fulfillment & Activation Timeline

Upon successful completion of payment through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay for web or Google Play Billing for Android):

• Instant Digital Delivery: Your premium features will be provisioned in real-time. The cloud database entitlement (Firestore document) is updated instantly to enable Pro access.
• Immediate Access: You can access all Pro features (unlimited subscription tracking, detailed analytics, priority notifications) on both Android and Web platforms immediately after the checkout page redirects you.

3. Confirmation and Receipts

A payment confirmation receipt will be generated by our payment processors and sent to your registered Google Sign-In email address. Additionally, order confirmation details will be available in your account purchase history inside the app/dashboard.

4. Support for Delivery Failures

If your account fails to upgrade to Premium within 15 minutes of a successful payment, or if you face any issues accessing the services, please contact us immediately:
