SubReminder is owned and operated by Ajinkya Narke (trading as AAN Labs). We want you to be fully satisfied with SubReminder Pro. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how we manage subscription cancellations and refund requests.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your SubReminder Pro subscription at any time:

• Web Purchases (via Razorpay): You can cancel your subscription from your Web Dashboard settings.
• Android App Purchases (via Google Play Billing):You can cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store account settings (Menu > Subscriptions > SubReminder > Cancel Subscription).

Upon cancellation, your Premium benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly), and you will not be charged again.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a **7-day money-back guarantee** for our plans:

• Web Purchases (via Razorpay): If you purchase a plan on our website and decide it is not for you, you can request a full refund within **7 days** of the transaction date. Please email us at anlabs.dev@gmail.com with your registered email address and order ID.
• Android Purchases (via Google Play Billing): Refunds for Google Play purchases are managed directly by Google. You can request a refund through your Google Play purchase history page or by visiting Google Play Support within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

For web purchases refunded via Razorpay, once your refund request is received and verified, we will initiate the refund.

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, bank account, or wallet) within **5 to 7 business days**, in accordance with payment gateway and banking processing times.
