SubReminder is owned and operated by Ajinkya Narke (trading as AAN Labs).

SubReminder helps users track subscriptions, renewal dates, trial periods, reminders, and spending summaries. This Privacy Policy explains what data SubReminder handles and how it is used.

1. Information You Enter

SubReminder may handle information that you manually enter, such as:

• subscription names
• prices and currencies
• billing cycles and payment dates
• trial dates
• labels, notes, categories, and reminder text
• app settings and reminder preferences

2. Local Device Storage

SubReminder stores app data locally on your device so the app can work offline and show reminders, summaries, and history.

3. Optional Google Sign-In and Cloud Sync

If you choose to sign in with Google and enable Cloud Sync, SubReminder may process:

• your email address
• your account identifier
• your synced subscriptions
• your synced reminders
• selected app settings required for backup and restore

This cloud data is used only to back up, restore, and sync your SubReminder data across devices.

4. Premium Purchases and Promo Codes

SubReminder uses Google Play Billing and Razorpay for Premium purchases. Payments are processed securely according to their respective transaction policies.

SubReminder may process limited purchase-related data such as product ID, order ID, verification result, and premium entitlement status in order to verify and activate Premium access.

5. Notifications and Alarm Permissions

SubReminder uses local notifications and Android alarm-related permissions to deliver renewal reminders, overdue reminders, and personal reminders.

6. How We Use Data

We use data to:

• provide subscription tracking and reminder features
• enable backup and restore when Cloud Sync is used
• verify purchases and promo access
• protect users from abuse and fraud
• process account deletion requests

7. Data Sharing

SubReminder does not sell user data.

SubReminder does not currently use ads, third-party analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting SDKs in the current app build.

When cloud backup, sign-in, or billing features are used, data may be processed by service providers that support app functionality, including Google Play and Firebase services.

8. Data Retention

Local data stays on your device until you delete it or remove the app.

Cloud backup data stays associated with your account until you delete your account or request deletion.

Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, entitlement verification, or legal compliance.

9. Your Choices

You can edit or delete subscriptions and reminders inside the app.

If you use Cloud Sync, you can delete your account and associated cloud data through the app or by contacting us through the deletion page.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and in supported backend services.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this URL.
